> - Different Ways to say "I love you"

Many ways....

Intro:There are sooooooo many ways to say I love you ~ little ways that don't seem like much at the time but prove to be priceless to the receiver. How many times has your day been uplifted by one small, unnecessary gesture that someone chose (key word chose) to make toward you? A single flower, a funny cartoon... nothing earth-shattering but something that touches you, So here it goes.

Idea 1-I found this from a blog off some site I found from Google just now. --You could consider personalizing a decorative box and inside fill it with 365 slips of colored paper. On each slip of colored paper - write one reason as to why you love them.
One woman promised her husband that on every anniversary she would refill the box with 365 new slips of paper that were written throughout the year. Her husband now looks forward to reading some of those reasons every night and the wife enjoys writing them.
It's a nice simple way of saying I love you!
Of course you could include a dozen paper roses that simply say I love you to place just over the box of 365 reasons.

Thanks LC :)

I sent S a book that I made us. I has some pictures of me and the town I live in in it, and poetry (both mine and others), and some song lyrics, as well as some beautiful pictures that I found via google images. I also made a few small journal entries in it. One of the things that I put in the beginning was that it was also for him to put things into, should he choose to. He filled it and started a new notebook for us. It is nice, you know, to collaborate together.

Thanks Santi :)

When my guys is away I
send him update pictures of our dog so he doesn't feel left out of the crazy little antics she manage to concoct.

bake his favorite cookies/cakes etc so he has that to take with him on his trip out

leave a card in his bags for him to find when he arrives and unpacks

pick him up wearing his favorite 'outfits' ;P - not going to expand on that one!

try to remember things he's said off hand as needs or wants to surprise him with it later

created memory books encapsulating a period of time together with notes and comments for the different pictures to remind him what we were doing or what I was thinking at the time

some more language learning :)

"Ti amo dolce cuero il mio e mi manchi tanto"
basically "I love you my sweetheart and I miss you much" in Italian
